This is the third time in about as many years that I've set this as my desktop background. It's intrinsically fascinating, I keep coming back to it. It feels like it needs a story of some sort.

A good start but it seems to lack something... The pillars of machinery seem to lack depth, as if you turned them sideways they'd be knife-thin. The vast space doesn't seem quite as vast for that unfortunately.
The depth of field is amazing. Those prawn things especially, some in focus, some not :)
Masterful use of perspective to suggest motion and depth of field, you can practically hear the 'swoosh'.
The feedback I'm getting here has inspired me to clean up and post more of my small library of music, which I make as a hobby. So far I'm (de?)composing using old-fashioned tools like FastTracker II. If you know better free tools, I'm all ears!
